The Founding Broker Owner is Jan Baer, known as “Janno” by her friends; Jan is an Australian with an ever-present smile, she loves Colorado so much that, 40 years ago, she moved half-way around the world to live in and own properties in this beautiful state. Jan is also a retired Registered Nurse who trained at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and worked at Denver General, now Denver Health, as a trauma nurse.
